Nova Reperta and Ventura welcome Tilleghem as new shareholder

Brussels – Boutique consultancy firm Nova Reperta and Nova Ventura announce a new chapter in its shareholder structure. French investment fund Ardian will exit its minority participation, making way for Belgian investor Tilleghem.

The new partnership aligns with Nova Reperta’s long-term strategic vision and supports its next phase of growth, with a strengthened focus on artificial intelligence as a structural driver of business transformation.

Further growth

Over the past few months, Nova Reperta has already taken decisive steps to reinforce its digital capabilities through the launch of its sister company, Nova Ventura. This new entity focuses on complex digital and AI-driven transformation, helping organizations structurally align business strategy, technology architecture, and operating models.

With this transaction, Nova Reperta reinforces its identity as a partner-led transformation firm, anchoring ownership more closely with management and ensuring long-term continuity for clients and employees alike.

From Strategy to Execution

Nova Reperta operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, supporting executive teams in translating strategic ambition into measurable operational and financial impact. Originally active in service-driven industries, the firm has expanded into more operationally intensive sectors, including FMCG.

From its offices in Brussels and Amsterdam, Nova Reperta serves clients across Europe and beyond, including Euroclear Bank, Elia Group, Toyota, Ayvens, Ethias and Partena Professional. Together, Nova Reperta and Nova Ventura combine business transformation and digital excellence, covering the full spectrum of transformation across people, processes, data, and technology.

AI as a Structural Lever for Value Creation

Despite significant investments in digitalization, many large organizations struggle to realize tangible business impact. Technology initiatives often fail to scale, IT costs continue to rise, and complexity increases. Industry research shows that IT spending in large enterprises grows by 15 to 25 percent annually, often without proportional value creation.

Nova Ventura addresses this challenge by embedding AI not as a standalone technology experiment, but as a structural capability within strategy, governance, operating models, and decision-making processes. The firm focuses on helping organizations build internal digital and AI capabilities that drive sustainable performance improvement, efficiency gains, and competitive resilience.

Entering the Next Growth Phase

“Nova Reperta and Nova Ventura express their sincere appreciation for Ardian’s trust and collaboration over the past four years,” says Managing Partner Filip Leflot. “It has been a successful and enriching journey. We now look forward to partnering with Tilleghem as we pursue our next phase of growth.”

The transaction represents a logical evolution of the shareholder structure and is fully aligned with the company’s long-term strategic direction. Management reinvests in the firm, reaffirming stability and continuity, while a new generation of leadership has been prepared, with four new partners joining the partnership.
