In april we co-organised an exclusive event on AI with Nova Ventura and Value Square for business executives and decision-makers.
The central question of the evening was both timely and practical: what does AI mean for your organisation today, beyond the hype and without introducing unnecessary risk? As AI evolves at speed, many leaders are asking the same thing: where should we focus, what delivers real value, and how do we move from experimentation to impact?
During the session, we shared a clear perspective on what AI can already do today, where it creates measurable business value, and which common pitfalls organisations should avoid. We discussed how to look past inflated expectations, how to connect AI initiatives to concrete business problems, and why successful adoption depends on more than technology alone. We also explored the areas where AI is already generating returns, from automating repetitive knowledge work and document processing to improving customer service, unlocking internal knowledge, and accelerating IT development. The message was clear: the strongest results come when AI is approached as part of a broader business and operating model, not as a standalone tool.
